1. Why have I received a letter or phone call from your office?

If you received a communication from us, our client believes you owe a debt to them. You should contact us immediately to discuss the matter and find a resolution that fits your needs.

2. Why have I been served with paperwork from the court?

If you have received paperwork from the court, our client has filed a legal action to collect money it believes you owe. Please contact us if you would like to make arrangements to resolve the matter.

3. What if I cannot pay?

Your present inability to pay does not eliminate your obligation. Please contact us to discuss your options. Our clients make every effort to accommodate your financial circumstances in order to reach a resolution.

4. What if I filed bankruptcy?
